HOW DO I GET J-PLAN PLUS MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT?

1. You must be a member of The Chamber Jeffersontown to receive J-Plan Plus discounts through United Healthcare and Delta Dental.

2. In order for you to receive the discount, your insurance broker must also be a member of The Chamber Jeffersontown.

3. You must fill out the online membership application.  Click here to join today!  May take 1-2 business days to be completed.  We welcome your membership and any questions you may have about how Chamber membership can work for you!

4. Your annual investment is based on your number of employees.  
(2 part time employees = 1 full time employee)
