- Through the JPlan program United Healthcare is offering quality health, vision, and dental insurance.
- To be eligible the insurance broker must be a member of the Jeffersontown Chamber. You must be a member in good standing with the Jeffersontown Chamber. All groups must be in the 2-50 FTE (Full Time Equivalent) segment and located in Kentucky (majority of employees in Kentucky.)
